    Picture quality on a 55U5863DB

    I have bought this TV and found the picture quality on streaming services to be very poor compared to a 3 year old 4k Samsung TV.

    I subscribe to Netflix UHD and have 100mb download on my home internet so supply isn't the problem but the picture quality is barely HD at best. Same result when I use an Apple TV, the Apple TV menu looks sharp and vibrant but as soon as I stream anything in Dolby Vision or HDR, it looks grainy and dark.

    Has anyone else had similar experiences?
